AP Report
The PanJack Chronicle had to rely on an AP press release this week due to an apparent lack of reporters covering the Tour's Semi Final round of the 2 Man Classic.
The intrepid duo of the Ferret and Sloth came up a bit short yesterday at the Hallowed Fox, losing 2 and 1 in the semis of the Classic.
Observers reported that the duo just could not produce the ham and egging that rocketed them through the earlier rounds. After going 2 up after nine, the two tossed away their lead and could not pull it back together on the back side and succumed on number 8 on the Gold Side.
After the round the players met what little press was covering the event.
With Club Championship week starting Monday, they were asked what they expect coming into The Major tournament of the year.
Ferret: "I am playing my best golf of the year and need to clean up a couple of things this week and I will be ready this week. I switched balls after the round based upon going through the Bridgestone ball fitting that was being held on the practice range and am packaging and shipping my driver to Sri Lanka tomorrow so I won't be able to use it this weekend."
Sloth: "I think I will be ready for my first major this week and have purchased a special harness from a golf gadget catalogue that will help me to aim my body down my intended target line. After ingraining proper alignment I am then planning on working on my ball position, grip, takeaway, follow through and weight shift. I will be ready....when is this tournament?, Next week?....Oh Shit!!!!!!

Have you looked into adding a couple grooves inorder to fix your problem Sloth? I've heard that is the latest deal on tour.
I'm looking at all options. I'm not sure that simply adding 2 grooves can save me at this point.
